The Radio Society of Great Britain (GB) announced on the 21st of February that it will hold a presentation by Steve Floyd on a date to be confirmed. "Steve was the full-time HAARP Chief Designer and Chief Engineer for 18 years, and he is now the part-time HAARP Chief Engineer. Steve’s presentation will provide: A brief history of the HAARP program, RF systems Designs, Construction of the facility, Examples of Operations at the HAARP site."
HAARP, in Alaska is a technology which is an 'Ionospheric Heater'. Many people mis-identify ionospheric heater facilities as HAARP facilities. There is only 1 HAARP facility. The other ionospheric heaters have their own names such as the UK's facility which is the NERC/MST facility or Norway's EISCAT facility. The 'USA Today' news outlet fact-checking service (April 2023) states that there are a total of 3 ionospheric heaters in the World: HAARP, EISCAT and SURA in Russia. This fact-check provided by the USA Today news service is incorrect as there are more than 3 facilities. The UK's facility, Aberystwyth, Wales (+52° 25' 28.26", -4° 00' 19.59") is not mentioned, the facilities in Peru (11° 57' 04.82" S 78° 52' 27.43" W), Brazil (-2° 35' 40.47", -44° 12' 35.90") and India (+13° 27' 26.68", +79° 10' 30.74") are also not mentioned. There are also allegedly ionospheric heater type facilities in China and Australia. The fact-check provided by the USA Today newspaper is in relation to atmospheric ionisation heating technology such as that deployed by the Texas, USA based company 'Rainwater Tech' in Oman, Middle East and Australia, being destroyed by activists in Brazil. Both the European and UK Parliament have shown concerns about the publics lack of knowledge about ionospheric heaters and their capabilities such as creating a cloud-base condensation layer by directing radio frequencies into the ionosphere to 'charge' the ionosphere. Ionospheric heaters are also known as the 'Electric Charge Method' in the weather and climate modification arena.
