Hi,
I have recently finished a book that compiles all the ‘Weather & Climate Modification’ info I have, dating from 1769 to 2023. Some of the draft pieces of info are on this substack as free to read articles. They are not the polished versions. The book is!
It is 140 (A4) pages and it is 189 pages including the bibliography/reference list.
It features 97 countries as well as 29 states in the USA.
I am offering it up as a promo offer. The digital (PDF) version is now available via a ‘pay what you can’ donation. You’ll need paypal or you can direct transfer via your bank. Contact me if you are interested on here or at:

There are 2 versions available, one with clickable links, one with non-clickable sources.
Here is the Introduction:
Introduction
This information is intended to assist you in your knowledge of global weather and climate modification activities. It is not a full guide but it does cover a lot of ground. All aspects will be covered, the individual country programmes and also covering methods of deployment. This is a data driven book.
Should you wish to look deeper into the scientific aspects of the technologies, terms will be given for your further research. All of the information in this book is verifiable via the source links provided, by heading, in Part 2. (Pages 141-189).
You can expect, if you read all of it, to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the activities from the beginning up to the modern day. We'll start in Europe and work our way around the world.
As a data driven piece of work, it contains information sourced from the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO) weather modification registers from 1980 to 2006, governments and their official news agencies, well known organisations, International news and press outlets, the 'Internet Archive', as well as the people and businesses actually doing the weather and climate modification. You will be told who said what, when and where, about their activities in a mostly chronological order for each 'chapter'. If a translation app has been used when dealing with non-English speaking countries then some of the text's quoted might sound a little strange, but you'll get the idea. Most of the sources are from the country they involve and they are the English language version of those sites.
The WMO registers are the source for a lot of the official, verified information.
If an online reference that has been used, has been removed, please try the 'Internet Archive'.
This work is not intended to carry any national, for or against, 'political motivations', but the politics of global weather and climate modification do appear (as does some English humour). It is written for everyone to be able to read, understand and reference when dealing with this subject, including people who do not have English as their first language.
Hardcore academic chemical science style descriptions are avoided. An example of which is, you do not need to know the chemical make-up of silver iodide (AgI), you just need to know, at a basic level, it is dispersed into clouds where-by the particulates attract moisture and can trigger rainfall due to the build up of atmospheric moisture in that area.
Numbers are used for ease of understanding and not grammar fails. ex: 8 instead of eight.
This information is presented to you so you can have a global bigger picture of what has been going on. You can insert the info into your own life story. Maybe you was on a vacation in a country, 20 years ago and all it did was rain. Now you can, with this book, easily check if there was a precipitation enhancement project going on in that country, as well as other weather events and extreme weather events you might of paid attention to. This work is not designed to answer your questions, it is designed to offer you more information on events so that you can answer your own questions.
The more information you have about life, the fuller the experience.
