Ionospheric Heaters - HAARP - Alaska, USA
There are "Controlled Whistler Mode Wave Injection Experiments with the High Altitude Auroral Research Program (HAARP) Facility" running until July 2026. The Uni of Colorado experiments are funded via the National Science Foundation at a cost of $378,000. The experiments have been running since August 2023.
Weather Modification - USA Today - Factcheck - Evergreen
The USA Today fact-checking department has been shown to show false information and avoid information that is relevant to their fact-checking, in regard to the Brazilian Cloud Ionisation facility 'HAARP attacked' fact-checking article. The outlet was also one of the promoters of the 'scientists de-bunk chemtrails' article that did the rounds, circa 2016, in the legacy MSM news outlets.
And now they are at it again. Before that though, let's be clear. People use the term chemtrails to describe the weather modification activities they see. The public do not think chemtrails are government vaccination programme related or any other conspiracy theory promoted by the MSM. People think chemtrails is weather and/or climate modification. This is why you see people saying chemtrails in the same sentence as geo-engineering (SAI/SRM). The only people to use the term chemtrails in a conspircay theory way is the MSM. They promote the 'story' as a means to not talk about the reality of weather/climate modification activities and the length of those activities. But the public do also give them the ammo they need which is why it is imperative people stop using the term chemtrails. The media cannot debunk weather modification via fact checking platforms, they can however debunk slang term usages of the phrase, 'chemtrails', by associating the term with outlandish conspiracy theories.
On the 28th of June, the USA Today factcheckers published an article titled, "Claim about airline admitting to chemtrails originated as satire | Fact check."
That should tell you everything, the outlet is fact-checking satire. The info being questioned is from a facebook post that was shared 1000 times. Is that news even? Is something that is based on 'satire' that has been shared 1000 times on a networked marketing platform really worth factchecking? So everything on facebook that has been shared more than 1000 times is factually accurate, true and does not require fact checking articles from the USA Today outlet?
Let's now factcheck the factcheckers due to how the information is being misconstrued. They claim the info comes from a Russian satire post on a randomly titled, 'i-funny', humour website from February 2024, which is originally sourced from 2013, via a non-existent 'Global Elite News'. The USA Today's concern is that people could be misled by the facebook post.
The information is originally from the 14th of January 2011 and not 2013. It first appeared on the 'Revolutionary Human Media' (Coup Media Group) website but has since been deleted (around December 2023). In 2011, "Evergreen Aviation Admits to Chemtrail Contracts with USAF" was written by Joan Biakov.
It is good to remember, in 2011, the term chemtrails was used everywhere during a time when people were scrabbling for answers to explain what they were seeing in their skies that was new to them, (long white trails that spread out and form cloud, followed by rain within 48-72 hours).
The error, both Biakov and the USA Today are making, is that they are confusing 'Evergreen International Aviation' (EIA) with 'Evergreen Aviation'. EIA which was based in Oregon, USA disbanded in 2014 after ceasing operations in 2013. EIA used many aircraft, included the Beechcraft King Air which is often used in weather modification activities. EIA contracted for the CIA to transport foreign assets. The tenuous link between the CIA and 'chemtrails' is derived, more or less, from that.
Evergreen Aviation, based in London, UK, however is being misrepresented as being the same company as EIA or related to it. That is not true. "Evergreen Airlines was founded with one purpose in mind: to provide the passenger with the most up-to-date airline related news they could find on the web." That is on the Evergreen Aviation website homepage. You cannot miss it.
The USA Today article goes into details about the claims made by conspiracy theorists. The information about, what appears on the Evergreen Aviation (Airlines) website is accurate, the USA Today article claims the information is incorrect. The Evergreen Aviation website is giving technical information and news only. ("the most up-to-date airline related news"). That news includes the tech specifications and usages of aircraft which list weather modification capabilities of a tanker aircraft. There is nothing unusual about that info. It's basic industry knowledge.
Essentially, two sources are being used, one is legit, one is not, to show a de-bunk that has been known about in accurate detail for 10 years. The USA Today posts these sources as the sources for its article: The i-funny site, the USA Today site, Aviation International News and a 'news register'. They do not post sources relating to either 'Evergreen' mentioned companies, (I do though).
In the source links posted below, you will find a link to, Evergreen Aviation, for their 'fuselage for sale' section which advertises super-tanker fuselage (body) parts for aircraft that can be used in weather modification. That is where the Evergreen Aviation info comes from.
Weather Modification - Indonesia - ongoing
On the 29th of June, 'VOI' reported that. "2.8 million hectares of peat hydrological land in West Kalimantan have mostly started to dry up in the dry season. The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) is trying to protect against the threat of fire by carrying out weather modification operations."
'Tempo' reported on the 29th, that "BMKG has deployed cloud seeding techniques since June 25 and will continue until July 5." The image in the Tempo article is worth a look. Yes, it is that easy to do.
Weather Modification - Malaysia - ongoing
On the 29th of June, the 'Edge Malaysia' and the 'Bernama' news outlets stated, "Mat Sabu (Agriculture and Food Security Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu) has also decided to carry out the cloud seeding process in Kelantan to induce rain."
On the 3rd of July, the 'New Straits Times' reported that there would be a "request to the federal government for cloud seeding to be carried around the Bukit Merah Lake area."
Weather Modification - North Macedonia - active/prepped
Hail Suppression operations have not been carried out for 1 year over North Macedonia, due to the re-agents (materials) needed, not being available due to the Ukraine / Russia conflict, as those re-agents are also used in rocket fuels.
Vesna Damcevska states in their 'Slobodenpecat' (translated) article that, "Aerial seeding is done by the Aeroclub Skopje. From there, they confirmed to us that they have not had such an engagement for a year. The 'anti-aircraft missiles' used earlier were launched from the ground. They were installed across the country in the seventies of the last century. There were about 300 anti-aircraft missile stations in the country. These rockets had a range of six kilometers and released the silver-iodide cloud-busting reagent, the same reagent now used in so-called aircraft "floating" batons. But even when this reagent was available, the problem was that of all the airports from which it was possible to take off, only Skopje had conditions for night take-off. However, the global assessment was that this type of hail defense was safer than ground-based missiles."
Using anti-aircraft missiles to disperse silver iodide (since the 1970's) and war elsewhere, between the neighbours, has stopped the activity due to a lack of the needed resources, is sublime irony.
Weather Modification - UAE - ongoing
Welcome back UAE! In case you didn't know, they have been on a 'media break' in regard to their activities.
The 'Khaleej Times' published an article about the annual weather in July, on the 3rd of July. "Notably, during the summer months, the country persists in its efforts to stimulate rainfall. Previous reports emphasized that the UAE could potentially experience intermittent rain throughout the year if cloud seeding operations target suitable clouds and trigger precipitation effectively. By shooting salt flares into the clouds, there has been a notable increase of 15-25 per cent in the likelihood of rainfall occurring in the country."
Weather Modification - Canada - historical
The 'South Peace News' outlet based in High Prairie, Alberta, Canada published an 'on this day in history' birthdays article on the 4th of July, stating, "1906 – Vincent Schaefer, Developed cloud seeding."
He was born 118 years ago in 1906. He developed cloud seeding in 1946, 78 years ago.
Climate Modification - UK - £3,300,000 funding
Money for tax-payer funded, SRM computer modelling, money for wars etc and people in the UK are really struggling to put food on the table and pay the bills.
"Apply for funding to carry out climate modelling to understand the impacts of solar radiation management (SRM) techniques if implemented at scale.
You must be: based at a UK research organisation eligible for Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) funding; in a role that meets the individual eligibility requirements.
The full economic cost (FEC) of your project depends on the theme, as follows: theme one: up to £3,300,650, theme two: up to £3,300,650, theme three: up to £2,806,250, theme four: up to £1,693,750. We will fund 80% of the FEC."
And that £3+ million is for computer modelling, it has nothing to do with costs of deployment in any form. It certainly is a complex industry already.
Climate Modification - Africa - comment
On the 4th of July, Saliem Fakir and Shuchi Talati stated via the 'Climate Change News' site that, "Africa cannot afford to be complacent about solar radiation management."
